ÖZET
Bir interstisyel pnömoni olan deskuamatif interstisyel pnömoni (DIP), intraalveoler makrofaj birikimi ile karakterizedir. Bu hastalıkta restriktif tip solunum yetmezliği ortaya çıkmaktadır. İdiyopatik bir hastalık olmasına rağmen etiyolojide majör suçlanan faktör sigaradır. İlaveten mesleki maruziyet de bu hastalığa sebep olabilmektedir. DIP tedavisinde sigara ya da diğer mesleki maruziyetin uzaklaştırılması köşe taşıdır. Biz bu makalede mesleki astma tanısıyla izlenen ve DIP gelişen bir hastayı sunduk.
