ABSTRACT

Cancer deaths in many countries rank second only to heart disease and are responsible for 1 out of 4 deaths. Rehabilitation, a cancer patient and treatment of the disease within the limits of the maximum physical, social, psychological, and vocational function is to help gain. Cancer rehabilitation is the main aim of improving the quality of life of the person. Palliative care of patients with end-stage care includes a comprehensive integrated approach to symptom management. Palliative care is playing an increasing role in the disease process, and symptom control in the final stages of life issues become the sole occupation. Deadly delivery models of care for patients with disorders of growth and symptom management, physician experience, and wider empirically derived treatment algorithms have become the need. Palliative care offers the answer to these needs. Advanced diseasemodifying treatments allow for a longer period of survival. This tendency has shaped the treatment of AIDS and many cancers. Although life is extended, lost functions are not brought back. Progressive weakness and dependence physical therapy interest in this group of patients has led to the search. This common base, rehabilitative, palliative patient-specific clinical and academic can be a basis to create a scope.
